Personalised quotes

Res@Car allows accredited users to obtain personalised single or multiple quotes for a given period and geographic area. These quotes list available categories, prices, options, and so on.

User profiles

Upon receiving Res@Car accreditation, the user (e.g. travel manager, assistance representative or buyer) receives codes that allow them to manage the responsibilities and access rights of each member of their team.

Reporting and analysis

A data extraction module (manual or automatic) is available. This allows each user to select reservation data for further processing and analysis using their own tools.

Delivery and pick-up options

With Res@Car, users can have their rental vehicle delivered to and returned from a specific location. These locations can be agreed upon in advance by the rental company and the customer, or chosen by the user when booking.

Other features

These include extensions, automatic document generation, centralised telephone reservations, alternative stations and categories, compliance with commercial agreements and travel policies, hosted accounts and standardised analytical references.
