With its own data centers, SIGMA hosts, manages, and operates the Res@Car platform.
Working closely with the Res@Car project management assitance, the Res@Car service center (comprised of a team of SIGMA engineers) is responsible for maintaining the Res@Car application and its developments (new features, new services, etc.). The Support department provides assistance and advice to participating rental companies and platform users.
VEHITEL has been delegating project management assistance for the Res@Car platform to the consulting firm ADIX for several years.
Under the supervision of the VEHITEL Management Committee, ADIX is responsible for organising and conducting meetings of the various committees (steering committee, regulatory committee and car rental company operational committee) within the framework of Res@Car governance. ADIX is also responsible for monitoring and managing the resulting actions.
ADIX consultants are also responsible for subcontracting monitoring (outsourcing, service centre, cybersecurity, etc.).
They also provide suggestions and advice regarding the future improvement and development of the Res@Car platform. ADIX is a management consulting firm with offices in Paris, Lille, Lyon and Nantes.
It is essential to protect user reservation data and ensure service continuity by securing the Res@Car platform.
VEHITEL has entrusted ALLISTIC with Res@Car’s operational security.
To this end, ALLISTIC conducts vulnerability audits and intrusion tests several times a year to assess the security of our systems.
